Company Profile

Co-Founded and bootstrapped Mammen & Peery LLC (now Mammen & Peery Technologies, Inc. DBA: Mammen & Peery Corp) with business partner, Jake Mammen, in March 2019. The business was primarily a design firm that built custom vehicles from the shells of old vehicles, keeping nothing original other than the seat frames at most. The business transitioned into an industrial design and engineering firm over the next four years as we took on more projects outside of the automotive space. During this time, multiple smaller businesses were developed under the LLC to maximize efficiency and utilize departments not in use by larger projects. From 2021-2022, we transitioned to the US defense space. We created three prototyped defense products that were in various stages of development but due to US economic and global geopolitical events, pledged venture capital funds did not materialize. Founded and bootstrapped Pellets and Patience BBQ in October 2018 - a barbeque catering business specializing in responsibly raised pigs featuring pulled pork sandwiches and bar food. Was solely responsible for all business development, the creation and development of branding and promotional materials, and all sales, client acquisition and retention.

Sales Representative, Brewery Production Assistant

Sales Representative from October 2017 to October 2018. Responsible for all on-premise sales (bars and restaurants) from the north side of sixth street up through Taylor, TX, including Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Hutto, Cedar Park, and Lakeway, TX. Responsible for meeting sales goals, projecting future growth, client acquisition and retention. Coordinated bi-monthly supporting events with clients.

Brewery Production Assistant from January 2015 to October 2017. Titles included Cellarman, Assistant Brewer, Packaging Specialist. Took care of everything post-brewing of beer. Fermentation, filtration, packaging, kegging, etc. Assisted in brewing of core beers. Created, brewed, and cellared recipes for new small batch releases from start to finish.
