My background includes six years as an entrepreneur leading engineering operations, product development, and cross functional teams in defense tech and manufacturing. I bring a builder’s mindset to every engagement along with the discipline of a PMP certified project manager. Responsible for all on-premise sales (bars and restaurants) from the north side of sixth street up through Taylor, TX, including Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Hutto, Cedar Park, and Lakeway, TX. Responsible for meeting sales goals, projecting future growth, client acquisition and retention. Coordinated bi-monthly supporting events with clients.

Brewery Production Assistant from January 2015 to October 2017. Titles included Cellarman, Assistant Brewer, Packaging Specialist. Took care of everything post-brewing of beer. Fermentation, filtration, packaging, kegging, etc. Assisted in brewing of core beers. Created, brewed, and cellared recipes for new small batch releases from start to finish.
