Co-founded and bootstrapped Mammen & Peery LLC (now Mammen & Peery Technologies, Inc. DBA: Mammen & Peery Corp) in March 2019, overseeing its evolution from a custom automotive design firm to a diversified industrial design and engineering company. Successfully managed the financial growth and operational scaling of multiple subsidiary businesses under the LLC, strategically leveraging internal resources to maximize efficiency across various industries. Led efforts in business development, contract negotiations, and fundraising, securing over $1M in revenue through high-value custom builds and expanding into the US defense sector. Spearheaded the creation of three prototyped defense products, including Prometheus, an AI-integrated IoT security and surveillance system, positioning the company within the Capital Factory portfolio in Austin, TX. Navigated complex investment processes, reaching a pledged seed funding goal of $1.5M while adapting to shifting economic and geopolitical conditions. Founded and bootstrapped Pellets and Patience BBQ in October 2018, establishing a successful barbecue catering business specializing in responsibly raised pigs and signature pulled pork sandwiches. Oversaw all aspects of business development, from branding and promotional strategies to market positioning and sales growth. Managed menu creation, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality offerings and efficient operations. Solely responsible for client acquisition, contract negotiations, and retention, building a loyal customer base through exceptional service and product excellence. Successfully navigated the challenges of the catering industry, driving sustainable growth while maintaining a commitment to quality and responsible sourcing.

Sales Representative & Brewery Production Assistant

Sales Representative from October 2017 to October 2018. Responsible for all on-premise sales (bars and restaurants) from the north side of sixth street up through Taylor, TX, including Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Hutto, Cedar Park, and Lakeway, TX. Responsible for meeting sales goals, projecting future growth, client acquisition and retention. Coordinated bi-monthly supporting events with clients.

Brewery Production Assistant from January 2015 to October 2017. Titles included Cellarman, Assistant Brewer, Packaging Specialist. Took care of everything post-brewing of beer. Fermentation, filtration, packaging, kegging, etc. Assisted in brewing of core beers. Created, brewed, and cellared recipes for new small batch releases from start to finish.
